Artist's Comments

This poster is addressed to all graphic designers, and puts their abilities into context. As visual communicators, I believe that graphic designers waste their talents by only doing advertising and should be doing social/political things as well.

You are so damn right! I hate ads. But in the point of "doing this for geting pay just to being able to buy things that I don't need" - NO. I need that money for my family. In our country the man's power is cheep.

I agree-- but even then, it's still ultimately up to the consumer whether or not they take in the information we give them and decide to act on it.

I've started doing some political type work and have gotten a small response on it.
Sadly, I think people are more apt to pay attention to an ad than to "political "propaganda" or "conspiracy theories" because of the consuming nature of america.

How do you get holy water? Boil the hell out of it?

i always have this dilemma of what i am going to use my talents for later on.... and turns out my family strongly wants me to do anything to get more money, even if it is for a good cause, i dont want to continue the mass brainwashing that corporations do just for the sake of a buck....

yet must i starve and let my family starve if i want real change?

To be the Kingdom is not to change behavior...
but to be transformed, and simply live as your new nature dictates through the Spirit
:iconjamaleh:
Well thought-out and forcefully written.

I applaud you, my fair sir and fellow individual.
